Why? Everyone he's ever cared about were killed by death eaters and would fight to his dying breathe to make sure it doesn't happen to someone else. Also before he died his father was one of the Order members. He has strong morals and hates the dark arts more than anything. HE doesn't want revenge against the death eaters as he believes that avenging someone is not important it is rather that he doesn't want anyone to have to go through what he had to go through. He is not a vengeful person as he believes that revenge is a weakness, to be able to let go and see the bigger picture is what he does.

Why? The order and death eaters work in absolutes. With the Rachilius its about what God has deemed to be done. Anyone with a wand is a wizard but the other two sides are not right with their beliefs. There is a fine line between the dark side and the light side and it has to be walked just right to win. The Rachilius are the only ones who can do that.

Why? She hates that the Death Eaters are attacking innocent muggles, for she sees no reason for them to hurt them. She wants to protect them, and that's what the Order of the Phoenix does-fights against the Death Eaters. She's willing to die defending the belief that the muggles are people to, and they should be treated as such. Part of why she believes this is her mother was a muggle, and she was the only person who was kind to her as a child. Also, she's met enough muggles to know there's nothing wrong with them. She also wants to prove to herself that she's not like her father.

Why? She wants power, and taking over the muggles seems like a good first step. Also, she rather thinks (or maybe hopes) that her father, being the leader, will help her on the road to power. Also, she enjoys the dark arts, and joining the Death Eaters seems like a good chance to use them.
